Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawai‘i and Alaska.
International shipping coming soon!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) (if available)
  • Free Shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only)

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use:

  • USPS (First Class & Priority)
  • UPS and FedEx (for expedited or larger orders)

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or demand. Kavaloha is not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Double-check your address and around your property
  • Ask neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with you to resolve the issue whenever possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
