Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

At Kavaloha LLC, we stand behind the quality of our kava products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The safety seal must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened tinctures or root powders
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards or promotional bonuses

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
